With more than 3000 members totally, NFF is the largest union within Norwegian Correctional Service.

NFF was grounded in 1918 and is a member of LO - Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions. NFF is a party political indipendant organisation. The unions idiom is to work for the best possible professional, social and economical conditions for the members.
